Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on the 16th October 2025

We at Point The Way AI are working to make our site, www.pointthewayai.onlineaccessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

At Point The Way AI, we are dedicated to ensuring our AI chatbot service and website (pointthewayai.online) are accessible to all UK pointing and masonry professionals, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity. We have adapted this site in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, achieving compliance at the AA level, which provides a robust standard for accessibility. This site's contents have been thoughtfully designed to work seamlessly with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard navigation, empowering users with diverse abilities to engage fully with our services. As part of this effort, we have:

  • Utilized the Accessibility Wizard to identify and resolve potential accessibility issues, ensuring a smoother experience.

  • Set the language of the site to English, enhancing compatibility with assistive tools.

  • Established a clear content order across all pages, facilitating logical navigation.

  • Defined precise heading structures on every page to improve readability and structure.

  • Added alternative text to all images, making visual content accessible to screen reader users.

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required WCAG 2.1 color contrast ratios, benefiting those with visual impairments.

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site to minimize distractions for users with vestibular conditions.

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible, with captions and transcripts where applicable.

These adjustments reflect our ongoing commitment to accessibility, and we regularly test and refine our platform with user feedback and accessibility tools to maintain an inclusive environment for all pointing professionals. Start your free trial today to experience this accessible innovation!

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content [only add if relevant]

The accessibility of certain pages on our site depends on content that does not belong to Point The Way AI and instead belongs to third-party providers. Specifically, the following pages are affected by this:

We therefore declare partial compliance with the WCAG 2.1 standard for these pages, as their accessibility relies on the compliance efforts of these third parties (Chatbot.com, HubSpot, and Calendly). While we have optimized our own content to meet AA standards, the third-party elements may not fully align with all criteria due to their independent development and updates. We are actively collaborating with these partners to address any gaps and are implementing workarounds where possible to enhance accessibility. Our team is committed to monitoring and improving these areas, and we encourage users to report any specific issues encountered on these pages.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization [only add if relevant]

Point The Way AI is proud to extend our accessibility commitment beyond our digital platforms to our physical office located at 155 Hope Street, Leigh, WN7 1NP, United Kingdom, serving as the hub for our Manchester-based team. Since the inception of our service, we have implemented comprehensive accessibility arrangements to ensure all visitors, including pointing professionals with diverse needs, can access our premises comfortably. Our journey begins with a designated accessible parking space near the entrance, conveniently located just 10 meters from the front door, marked with clear signage for wheelchair users. Public transportation is also well-supported, with the Leigh Bus Station a short 5-minute walk away, offering regular services for those relying on buses.

Upon arrival, a gently sloped ramp provides seamless access to the main entrance, eliminating barriers for wheelchair users or those with mobility challenges. Inside, our reception area features an adjustable-height service desk, ensuring ease of interaction for all visitors. Audio induction loops are installed at the reception to assist individuals with hearing impairments, while large-print brochures and a magnifier are available upon request. Elevators equipped with braille buttons and audible announcements connect all floors, providing full access to meeting rooms where consultations or support sessions may occur. Restrooms are fully accessible, including grab bars and spacious layouts, and we offer wheelchair-accessible seating in our small conference area.

Additionally, we provide on-site assistance through trained staff members who can guide visitors with specific needs—simply inform us in advance via contact@pointthewayai.co.uk or +447785630196. For those requiring further support, we can arrange sign language interpreters or additional accessibility accessories with prior notice. These arrangements reflect our ongoing dedication to creating an inclusive environment, ensuring that every pointing business owner feels welcomed and supported when engaging with Point The Way AI in person.
