Please keep in mind, this is just an example.

You are able to customize it however you like to fit your branding.

Let's begin the walkthrough!

Our AI chatbot starts by greeting your website visitors in a friendly, conversational tone tailored to the UK pointing industry.

You can edit this, but for our example, we chose:

"Hi mate, how's it going? Has the British weather been affecting your brickwork?".

If they respond "Yeah, it's a mess," the bot reassures them your company can sort it out.

"No worries, we can sort out any mess. Let's have a chat about it over the phone. Does mornings or afternoons work best for you?"

Visitors can choose "Mornings!", "Afternoons!", or "Sorry, I'm busy,".

This process is effortless and guides them toward scheduling a call with you.

So, what happens when they choose "Mornings!" or "Afternoons!" ?

Once the future client chooses "Mornings!" or "Afternoons!", the chatbot asks for the lead's name.

This is the start of collecting the lead's details.

The bot will respond with "Cheers [Name]".

It then collects their phone number and email address.

It wraps up the conversation with "Cheers [Name]!

Click below to book your slot!".

Once all information is collected, all details will be sent to your CRM. (as seen below)

This will send the lead to a Calendly calendar. (If you use a different application, we can link it up to the chatbot).

This effortlessly schedules a consultation between you and the lead.

In the meantime, it invites any additional questions, keeping the door open for any queries.

Below shows an example query:

As you can see, after every query it goes back to leading the client to schedule a call, without being too needy.

Now, what happens if the online visitor chooses "Sorry, I'm busy."?

Let's take a look.............

Once the visitor selects "Sorry, I'm busy", the chatbot handles the objection gracefully.

It reassures them with "No problem, [Your Business Name] totally understands.

But we can contact you!"

It then gently shifts to lead capture by asking for their name in a friendly way, ensuring the conversation stays open and non-intrusive.

This approach keeps visitors engaged, collects their details and funnels them into your CRM, as shown:

This allows you to outreach to them when the time is best for you.

I want to reiterate the AI chatbot is fully customizable to align with your own branding, allowing you to incorporate your company name (where there are blanks in the chatbot's messages), logo, color scheme, and specific service details for a seamless fit on your website.

This ensures every interaction feels like an extension of your business, from personalized greetings and responses to tailored question flows, all while maintaining a professional, industry-specific tone that resonates with UK pointing customers.

It makes it easier than ever to boost leads without losing your unique identity.
